As a non-profit organization, we proudly support other qualified local non-profits, schools, and municipalities in fundraising. To assist these causes, we are pleased to donate two (2) General Admission tickets per calendar year to eligible organizations.
Please review our donation request guidelines below to help determine your eligibility. To submit a request, you must meet all criteria.
One Donation Per Year: Each organization or school may receive one (1) donation per calendar year. Multiple requests for different events will not be considered.
Connecticut-Based Organizations Only: Donations are only available to valid organizations based in Connecticut. Requests from organizations or events outside of Connecticut are not eligible (select Massachusetts area exceptions may apply).
Online Submission Only: We do not accept donation requests via phone, mail, email, or in person. Any requests made outside our official online form will not be considered.
Processing Time & Ticket Pick-up: Please allow up to 30 days for your donation request to be processed. We cannot accommodate last-minute requests, so please plan accordingly. You will receive an email when your tickets are ready for pick-up. DO NOT show up before then. All tickets must be picked up in person at the Connecticut Science Center security desk within 30 days of fulfillment. A photo ID is required for pick-up.
Ticket Use: Donated tickets must be used on or before the expiration date printed on the ticket. Tickets are subject to blackout dates, including during new exhibitions and special events. Donated tickets are valid until the end of the year they were donated. However, tickets issued in November or December will be valid until the end of February of the following year. Please note that we cannot extend, reissue, or replace tickets for any reason.
Proof of Eligibility: Proof of your non-profit, 501(c)(3), school, or municipality status.
