Our workouts are guided by a coach to help you stay safe at any fitness level. We have a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to keep fitness simple and fun, and we encourage women to exercise at all ages.

Learn about alignment and posture and how these can impact daily living.• Understand the importance of balance and posture and the physical benefits resulting from good form.• Explore exercises to help increase balance, straighten alignment• Strengthen your posture on and off the Curves Circuit.   Includes: Self-paced weekly learning Education on different aspects of balance and tips on how to improve. Exercises that progress each week 6 Weekly check-ins with a Curves coach Virtual Program ~ Stream from your favorite device
