Winemaker's Dinner!Come and enjoy an evening of an incredible culinary journey, fabulous awarding winning wines. 10 adults will be treated to multiple courses during 2.5 hours of mouth-watering Farm to Table cuisine while enjoying wines from GEN 7’s latest releases; an epicurean event that will be meticulously prepared by internationally acclaimed chef, Vincent Lesage. Vincent graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully, France. Lesage trained at some of the world’s most celebrated establishments, including The Ritz Paris, the Michelin three-star restaurant, L’Astrance, and Michelin three-star restaurant, Bras. Throughout the evening, we will be sharing stories about Tim's journey of restarting his family’s 180 year old wine company (Brookside Winery). You will be treated to some of his library wines, his allocation only wines and newest releases, especially his amazing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Road Series of bold red blends including our 98 point Knight’s Valley Road to Singapore, and 98 point Pinot Noir from the famous Clark and Telephone Vineyard. You’ll be dining privately in our Napa Valley Tasting Room with over 2.5 hours of food, wine, great company plus a priceless experience you’ll never forget. Our guests will enjoy a custom 7 flight sensory tasting experience of our hand-selected award-winning and limited Library and Vintner’s Reserve wines, as well as enjoying a perfectly paired gourmet charcuterie board. The tasting will last roughly 90 minutes. Our guests will hear about how Tim resurrected his family’s 180-year-old wine company just over 9 years ago without owning any vineyards or a winery.
