Vincent graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully, France. Lesage trained at some of the world’s most celebrated establishments, including The Ritz Paris, the Michelin three-star restaurant, L’Astrance, and Michelin three-star restaurant, Bras. Throughout the evening, we will be sharing stories about Tim's journey of restarting his family’s 180 year old wine company (Brookside Winery). You will be treated to some of his library wines, his allocation only wines and newest releases, especially his amazing Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Road Series of bold red blends including our 98 point Knight’s Valley Road to Singapore, and 98 point Pinot Noir from the famous Clark and Telephone Vineyard.
