Part of the creative process is color and tones of the clothing as well as the background style, and where the portrait will compliment and adorn the walls of the home. We start with the end in mind. After careful planning, an appointment will be reserved to create the first step... creating the family portrait session.        After the portrait session, an appointment to view the portraits will be scheduled. Gift certificate includes Design appointment, Family Portrait Session, One 16"x20" hand painted oil painting of family portrait from session. Expires one year after date received.   The Process      A design appointment is set to meet with Michael Artigas, Theresa's husband, to discuss the type of look and feel of the portrait. Part of the creative process is color and tones of the clothing as well as the location, and where the painting will complement and adorn the walls of the home. We start with the end in mind. After careful planning, an appointment will be reserved to create the first step... creating the family portrait session.        After the portrait session, an appointment to view the portraits will be scheduled. This is where the winner of the gift certificate will select which portrait they want as their 16x20 hand painted oil painting. The use of brushes, palette knife and the finest oils, the painting will then be varnished with museum quality materials and ready in approximately 8-12 weeks.      Each step is a process and dry time in between stages is a process in itself as fine oils need time to dry and cure. Once the varnish has been applied the winner will be called to their unveiling appointment.
