Fighting Pretty is a 501 c3 non-profit organization with a mission to help women battling cancer feel strong and beautiful. We started in 2013 after our founder, Kara Frazier was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer at 26 years old. She knew firsthand how hard it was to feel like herself during her experience. She lost her hair, her breast, her ovary and a lot of her confidence. Though Kara is now cancer-free, she is still Fighting Pretty through the trials and tribulations of life.

On October 12, 2023, we are celebrating 10 years of Fighting Pretty. Since the inception of the organization, Kara and her team has helped over 30,000 women, and a small subset of men, battling all types of cancer, at all stages of treatment, all over the world to feel strong, beautiful and supported. This event is not only a celebration of 10 years, it is an effort to help more women battling cancer in every year. Our goal at this event is to raise $100,0000 to help 10,000 women in 2024.
