We are a small 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-denominational private Christian school in Llano, Texas with approximately 80 students, Pre-K through 12th grades. We are a non-elitist private school, meaning we keep tuition affordable for working families, and if a family wants their child or children to attend and cannot afford tuition, we grant scholarships from generous donors like you.

Our 10th Annual Community Appreciation Banquet is a fundraising dinner featuring food and drinks, live music, student and school spotlights, and live and silent auctions. It raises money for our school so we can keep tuition low as we are a non-elitist private school. Our fundraising goal is $175,000, which we typically raise around that much each year. It helps us be sustainable to serve our rural, under served community. We expect around 400 people to attend the event.

Donors will be highlighted in several ways; on social media before the event, and then at the event via signage, display signage by item, and verbal recognition. The items will be arranged in a spacious silent auction table space with signage and info about the company. We have clear standard paper size stand up displays to put next to all items, with most items having at least 2 displays.
