Gateway College Prep School is a public charter school that has over 1,300 K-12th grade students.  Our families have chosen for their children to attend our school, and drive from Georgetown, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Florence, Leander, and other surrounding towns. 

 Gateway PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to help support the students, faculty/staff, and school through activities, sharing information, volunteers, and supplying the classrooms with equipment and supplies that are not available through the school’s funding.

 Gateway PTO will be hosting our 10th Annual Online Silent Auction October 1st  – 15th.  Due to Covid, we were unable to host this amazing event last year.  The previous year, with the help of businesses such as yours, we were able to purchase over $9,000 worth of items including music & art tools, P.E. equipment, special ed textile & behavioral tools and more, which helped enrich the students’ learning experiences. 

We are asking for your help.  Is your business willing to donate an item for our auction?  Items can be products, gift cards for products, gift baskets, gift certificates for services, etc.

Each item will be photographed and the donor will be listed, along with the value of the item.  We will also be listing all of the generous businesses that donate to our auction on our web site and social media.  In addition to our 800+ families that will see the auction listing, we will be asking our families to “share” our online auction on their Facebook pages and by email to their friends and family.
