The District 112 Foundation works hard to enrich the lives of students in Eastern Carver County Schools and to ensure that each student reaches their full potential. The annual 112 Gives! Soiree “The Roaring 20s” will be held this year on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Hazeltine National Golf Club. In years past, the silent auction has proven to be a successful fundraiser for the Foundation and we have high hopes that this year will be another smashing success for us. In order to ensure the success of this year’s silent auction, we are hoping you would consider donating to the silent auction.
Generous donors like you are the key to our success and make it possible for the District 112 Foundation to continue to provide the programs and services that our students and school staff deserve. Your donated silent auction item(s) will be beautifully displayed at our annual soiree, therefore we encourage you to be creative in your donation and in displaying and promoting your company to the many community and business members in attendance at the soiree who will be viewing and bidding on your item.
Funds raised from the evening will support classroom grants that touch on a number of subjects, whether it’s providing students with books to match their personal interests, or providing a communication board on the playground for students who are non-verbal. Grants are awarded twice per year, with roughly $12,000 in grants awarded annually.
