The Carroll County Area YMCA will be hosting its 11th Annual “Live & Silent” auction fundraiser and dinner on Saturday, April 12th. The proceeds from the event will be dispersed between our operating budget and our established endowment which ensures the longevity of the local YMCA and the programs which build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for ALL! Your support of the auction is impacting over 1,200 of our YMCA Members & program participants daily. In 2023, this same event raised an all-time goal of nearly $85,000!!! Along with this incredible fundraising effort, I am sure to your knowledge; we also have been on a capital campaign the last three years and have raised over $4 million dollars for our building renovation & expansion of Phase 1 and Phase 2. We hope you understand this auction event must always be held to continue to support our operating and endowment budget and is not to be confused with the capital campaign support. As always, this community floors us with the amount of support it shows not only to our YMCA but all of the other deserving non-profit organizations as well. We are forever grateful for your support. 

We are asking for donations and items for the auction and your business to support our mission. All donations are due to the YMCA by March 28th so we have ample time to prepare for the auction. Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Donation requests are merchandise, tickets, gift certificates, sponsorship, or any item you would like to send. We anticipate around 300 guests at this event.  We promote and advertise all our donors and sponsors in Carrollton Democrat Newspaper, social media, as well as the live fundraiser platform.  Any item donated to the Carroll County Area YMCA is tax deductible and our 501 [c] 3 number is 43-1493664. Finally, please let us know if you are interested in purchasing tickets for the event, we would love to have you in the crowd for this celebration and auction.
