 I am writing to ask if you would be willing to donate something to be auctioned off at our 11th Annual Parents Night Out Event on April 13, 2019. We would greatly appreciate your support. This is the highlight fundraiser of our school year – it includes a dinner with a silent and live auction and provides major funding for 4 school programs: Music, Art, Physical Education, and Technology.  It takes place on April 13, 2019 at 6:30pm at Hope Elementary School in Carlsbad.  

We invite you to consider supporting our annualfundraising event, Parents Night Out.  Our Tax ID# is 41-2034367.  Supporting Hope Elementary School is an excellent opportunityfor you and your business to reach a new andloyal audience, and to send a strong message insupport of education. Please consider helpingus reach our fundraising goal of $25,000 this year.

This donation would also show the Teachers how much we appreciate all that they are doing to provide our students with an excellent education.  Their dedication to each student receiving an excellent education is admirable, their commitment to finding & obtaining the best tools & resources they need to get the job done is commendable, and their endless enthusiasm for the students learning how to make good choices & become great people is incredible.  Our Principal literally jumped out of a plane for the Great Kindness Challenge to “take kindness to new heights” and does his part every day to show the entire community how to make good choices.  You can see the video here: https://hope.schoolloop.com

Hope is able to offer every student enrichment programs including art, music, physical education, educational assemblies, and computer technology because of organizations like yours.   We would not be able to make any of this happen without the support of our community.  Your donation will 100% benefit all of the 635 Students, 65 Teachers and Staff and Families.  It is 100% tax deductible because Hope is a 501c3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 41-2034367).  

Anything you can donate toward this event would be greatly appreciated.  It would be included in all press reports.  All organizations that donate are advertised prominently around our school, on our website and all social media pages.  We also submit to all San Diego news stations, magazines and newspapers.
