Hello.  We are writing to you today in the hope of soliciting your support for East Stroudsburg Elementary’s 11th Annual Tricky Tray scheduled for March 9, 2019 in our gymnasium.  This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, bringing in 350-400 people, and your generous support will help make it a success. 

Our continued mission is to raise funds for a wide variety of educational materials that provide teachers the resources to support their curriculum. The money we raise goes to support a variety of causes including class trips, monies for our teachers, fun and educational assemblies, books for our classrooms, family nights and much more.

The Basket Auction Committee will be creating a variety of baskets such as household products, toys, small appliances and gift certificates. Your business can make either a product, service or monetary donation and it will be greatly appreciated. As we have done in the past, we will be happy to recognize your contribution in our program, on the baskets themselves, through social media and announce your participation during the auction.
