Dear Potential Donor,
We are writing on behalf of the Altamont Elementary PTA to request a donation for our Winter Festival and Silent Auction scheduled for December 13, 2024. Altamont Elementary School opened its doors in August 2014. Since then, we raise money annually to help grow our STEM, Art, and Music Education Programs (in addition to the other educational programs offered at our school).
At this event, typically attended by about 700 community members, we auction gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for the STEM, Art, and Music Education Programs for our students in grades TK – 8th.
