Hi My name is Chris Mellinger and I am President of the Brandywine Hundred Fire Co - Auxiliary. In an effort to support our fire house, on November 8, 2025, the Brandywine Hundred Fire Company Auxiliary, located in Wilmington, DE, will be hosting our biggest fundraiser of the year…Our 12th Annual All In Paddle Auction Raffle. We are asking for your support. If you are able to donate a basket, gift certificate, gift card, or products that could help make our event a success, we would appreciate it. To thank you for your donations, all donations/items will be listed on a program at the auction, along with the donating business and/or individual. Most all fire companies in Delaware are non-profit volunteer departments. We rely on fundraisers to help support the department. It costs approximately $10,000 to outfit one firefighter with equipment and training. It is imperative that we do fundraisers to help with funding so we can help the communities by giving and installing smoke detectors, ongoing training of our fire fighters, updating equipment, repairing equipment and our fire prevention program.
