The Prosper Ladies Association's (PLA) Boots & Bling Gala is more than a mere gathering; it's a symbol of community and commitment that resonates deeply with our mission. The event, our annual fundraiser, offers a marvelous evening of dinner, live music, dancing, and spirited live and silent auctions.
Boots & Bling isn't just a night of glitz, glam and good ol' country fun; it's your chance to make a BIG impact in our community. Below are a few ways in which our fundraising benefited Prosper ISD in 2024:
- Summer Lunch Program fed 620 children breakfast and lunch, 5 days a week for 10 weeks.
That's 62,000 meals! - Prosper Christmas & Silver Angels provided new clothing, toys, and essentials to 319 children and 24 senior citizens.
- PLA Scholarship Program proudly awarded $53,000 in scholarships to 22 graduating seniors.
