Description

We are hosting the 12th Annual Hastings Football Golf Classic and are expecting 125-150 people. This fundraising event benefits our local high school football team. With the funds raised, we provide new equipment for the players and program such as helmets, pads, uniforms, and practice equipment. We also provide multiple scholarships to graduating Seniors for college. In 2020, we used the funds raised to help provide meals for our modified team dinners, the highly anticipated chocolate milk from the local dairy, and extra buses needed to transport players to the games per covid protocols. Normally the meals and milk is donated by local restaurants, but due to the pandemic, businesses were not able to donate. We wanted to provide normalcy for our players amongst all the other chaos of 2020. Thankfully, we not only supported our athletes, but we supported local restaurants and our local dairy with our purchases.

We rely on hole sponsors, preferred sponsors, major tournament sponsors, and donations to raise the maximum amount of funds possible. Our goal is to raise $10,000.
