This is our 12th annual event, which sells out every year at 600 tickets, plus over 50 volunteers and countless who join us online to bid. Since 2010, SFJ has sent over 570,000 pairs of shoes to Africa. These shoes go to remote villages, to people who have to walk for miles on rocky paths to get simple necessities, like water. They simply need a pair of shoes to protect their feet from cuts and diseases as they walk. What a simple mission! How many shoes do we have in our homes that are unused or outgrown? The mission of SFJ is to gather these shoes & send them to Africa, making a radical difference in the life of a child or adult. By collecting shoes that are hiding in closets & basements across our nation, we can provide hope & diminish disease for thousands. This event raises the funds needed to ship the shoes to Africa. As a donor, you will be featured on our social media pages, in our event catalog, in the auction room, on our worldwide online auction and in our newsletter. We advertise items and donors in advance of the event to who attend and follow us. Our guests love our cause and love to bid!
