Description

Survivors of Suicide Loss - San Diego and Directing Change are proud to announce our upcoming 12th Annual Walk. The Walk in Remembrance with Hope is the signature event for the San Diego suicide prevention and survivor support community.

On Sunday, November 11th, over 1500 will come together to remember those lost to suicide and to walk together to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness and suicide. Suicide is a major public health issue and awareness and education are key to saving lives. This event will be on Veteran's Day, which is important because we know that 22 veterans die by suicide each day.

All of the funds raised at this event stay in San Diego to be used to advance the life-saving efforts of Survivors of Suicide Loss and Directing Change.

Together - one step a time - we can break down stigma and save lives!
