Description

Will you join with the members of the Wonder Works Children’s Museum Board of Directors in support of Wonder Works and its mission to spark curiosity and creativity in ALL young children?  On February 24th we will be hosting the museum’s largest fundraiser of the year, the 12th Annual Wonderivia Trivia Night and Auction!  Please consider donating a gift certificate, merchandise, an experience, or service from your business for the silent auction.

Fundraising events, like Wonderivia, help keep admission and membership prices as low as possible and provide necessary funds for daily play and learning programming benefitting the thousands of families and children who visit Wonder Works each month.

Since 1991, our nonprofit children’s museum has been a staple in Oak Park for children ages birth through eight.  For the past 20 years, we have served as a community anchor and tourism destination on North Avenue, providing a place where children can grow, be inspired, be curious, use their imaginations, and most importantly, become lifelong learners.

Wonder Works is a space where play is an essential part of learning.  The museum offers six permanent indoor exhibits, an outdoor Children’s Garden, and the Becky Boyce Nature Play Space, all sparking curiosity and creativity in a safe and welcoming environment.  The one of a kind learning opportunities we offer strengthen children's executive function skills, improve their language skills, and foster intellectual development.  Your support of Wonder Works is an investment in the young children of Oak Park and our greater West Cook community.

In appreciation of your donation, your business will be promoted at the event, typically attended by 250-300 community members, in our online auction, via Wonder Works’ marketing channels, and recognized within the museum as a supporter.

Please complete the attached donation form at your earliest convenience and return it to president@wonder-works.org or request to have the form and donation picked up.  We hope to have your donation in hand by Tuesday, January 31st.  Thank you in advance for your consideration and support.
