This letter is a request from Mahaska Community Recreation Foundation, MCRF, a non-profit organization. MCRF’s mission is to facilitate and promote recreation in the Mahaska Community. Our promotions and fundraising committee specifically serve the Lacey Recreation Complex in Oskaloosa. The complex serves youth from all over the county and surrounding communities with a variety of sports and events including Little League Baseball & Softball, Youth Soccer, Youth Football, and Conservation activities.

The committee is continually looking at growth and ways to offer more to our youth and families in the community. We are currently raising money to maintain, expand and complete projects at the Lacey Recreation Complex, and to provide scholarships and sports equipment to underprivileged youth, who cannot afford it otherwise.

We would appreciate your support of the 13th Annual MCRF Bowling Fundraiser combined with a silent and online auction. Financial or gift contributions are tax-deductible. 100% of proceeds will be placed into the Lacey Recreation Complex programs. You are also invited to attend on March 8th, 2024 at Statesmen Lanes & Community Event Center in Oskaloosa starting at 6:30 p.m.
