Hello! SoulQuench is in the planning process of our 13th annual fundraising auction. As a fund raising effort for 2017 our team is planning a live and basket auction on April 29. The proceeds from this year's auction will be benefiting a couple different groups. The primary recipient will be a team of teens on a trip to Guatemala to meet needs in an orphanage in Guatemala City.

The secondary recipient of funds is an organization called GO61. The mission of GO 61 is to bring a hope and a future to people who live in exploited and oppressed situations.  Due to the nature of human trafficking and global slavery, much of their efforts are focused on finding, rescuing and restoring people caught in this industry.  Their goal is also to educate communities about the injustices against vulnerable people and to mobilize the communities and churches to stand on behalf of oppressed individuals.  In order to accomplish these things, we partner with faith-based communities, government agencies, missionaries, NGOs, and businesses.  GO 61 provides direct services to:  Human trafficking victims and victims of violence and oppression, prostitutes who want to leave the commercial sex industry, and high-risk children and women. Direct services are based out of Springfield, MO. 

This basket and live auction that we are planning will be a community wide event. We will be auctioning off product and prepared baskets with a variety of items or services and vacation packages included, as well as larger items to be auctioned during a live auction. A small product or gift certificate donation would not only be a help to us, but an inexpensive and great marketing opportunity for you.

SoulQuench does have non-profit 501 (c)(3) status. We will provide you with written proof of your donation upon request. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your generosity.
