I am writing on behalf of the Anthony Wayne Area Council Boy Scouts of America. Over the past 12 years we have held an annual community event, The Seafood Boil, New Orleans style dinner and auction. This event has been providing much needed funding for programs that serve over 2000 scout youths and over 800 volunteer adults in Northeast Indiana.

 We would like to request your support through a donation of an item for our silent auction for our 13th Annual Seafood Boil fundraiser on November 4, 2023. This event is typically attended by over 250 community members. We auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.

The event proceeds support the youth in the 11 counties in Northeast Indiana that we serve.  The funds raised from this event will go towards helping the programs; Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venture Crew, Sea Scouts Ships, and Explorer Posts in each county. These programs are run by adult volunteers who spend many hours a week developing our youth to become leaders of tomorrow with character and confidence.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you donate for the auctions, your business will be recognized on auction displays at the event, the online auction website, and the AWAC Facebook page after the event concludes.
