During the week of March 19, 2023, the Presentation of Mary Academy will hold our 14th
Annual Auction. This year’s silent auction will be a digital display of items and experiences for
our supporters to bid on. We will finish off the week with a live auction hosted at the Sky
Meadow Country Club in Nashua, NH. Our last live event raised over $100,000 and was
supported by more than 200 parents and friends of our school.

This year we are committed to making our event even more successful but we need your help!
All proceeds from the auction will support the construction of our main entrance pavilion. Our
new pavilion will allow an improved and accessible drop off location, increase safety at our main
entrance, and protect the children from inclement weather during carline.

We are currently collecting merchandise and services for our auction. By making a donation to
our event, your tax-deductible contribution will help us reach our goal. A donated item is a great
way to promote your business while at the same time supporting a worthwhile cause.
We would be happy to make arrangements for pickup of any items. PMA is tax exempt under
section 501[c]3 as ruled by the Internal Revenue Service. Our tax ID# is 02-0222178. Be sure to let us know if a tax receipt is needed.
