Schenectady Community Home, Inc. aka the Joan Nicole Prince Home, will be hosting its 14th Annual Night of a Thousand Stars Gala on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at the Mohawk Country River Club & Chateau in Rexford, NY. The event will be a celebration of our Home and its supporters. Events will include dancing, a silent auction, dinner, sponsor a patient and more! The Night of a Thousand Stars Gala is a significant and inspiring annual fundraiser, 100% of the proceeds raised at the event support the Home!

With your kind support, The Joan Nicole Prince Home will continue to provide:

24/7 care for terminally ill patients in a home-like environment at the end of life
trained volunteers to support patients who lack adequate caregiver systems in the community, to ensure they are not alone in a time of need
innovative educational programs in collaboration with numerous colleges and schools, focusing on hands-on palliative care services
individualized care, supporting each patient's needs and wishes during the end of life
