October 7th is our 15th annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament, to raise funds for Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation programs. We offer scholarships to students pursuing a career in healthcare, we offer free rides to patients that need to get to medial appointments, we host a free summer worshop for teenagers every year, and we also give hygiene supplies and over the counter items to patients in need. The golf outing is held at Youngstown Country Club in Youngstown Ohio and we typically have 136 players in attendance.
