This is a Golf Outing Fundraiser that the YMCA of Wayne County puts on to raise money for low-income families in the community. People or businesses can sign up a team to play or pay for a sponsorship. With their team registration they get to play 18 holes, get breakfast and lunch, and each person gets a shirt and a door prize. We have raffle prizes and a live auction during the lunch time. All of the funds raised at this event allow the Y to provide financial aid scholarships for Y Membership, Childcare, Swimming Lessons, and so much more. This event allows us to provide funds so that there are no barriers to participating in healthy activties.
