Who Makes the Best Guacamole?  The Guacamole Bowl is open to the public who are invited to come out and sample all the great guacamole and vote for their favorite.  Admission is $8 and gets you a bag of Mission Tortilla chips and all the guacamole you can eat.  The public selects the winning recipies for the final cook-off before celebrity judges.  Do you have a great recipe?  Enter a team for just $25.  We provide the avocados, tomatoes, lemons/limes, cilantro, onions and jalapenos, you provide your 'secret' ingredients.
