Impact: The CIA aims to raise $1 million through this event with proceeds supporting essential scholarship funds, helping CIA students achieve their dreams, and preparing them for leadership positions in the industry.

Program: The event will begin with a reception featuring the cuisine of renowned chefs, restaurateurs, and alumni, followed by a gala dinner, awards presentation, and dessert reception. An online auction with a range of high-end food, hospitality & travel packages, and unique experiences will launch before the event and continue throughout the evening to raise additional scholarship funds.
Attendees: 500+ guests including corporate and individual sponsors; renowned chefs; past honorees; food & hospitality corporate executives; food suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and retail & restaurant chains; food & wine enthusiasts; dignitaries; CIA Trustees, Fellows, alumni & students; and friends of the CIA from around the world.
Sponsorship: Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels ranging between $10,000 for a table sponsorship to $75,000 for a Grand Platinum Sponsorship.
Tickets: Individual tickets are $1,000 and based on availability.
