The 15th Annual Paw Ball is the largest fundraiser for the Barren River Animal Welfare Association (BRAWA). The event includes dinner, drinks, music with a live band, and a silent auction. We reach out to the community for sponsorships for reserved tables however the event is open to the public by purchasing tickets at the door. We typically have 350+attendees which helps us raise siginficant money for the animal shelter's operations. The silent auction offers a wide range of items for people to bid on which usually brings in about 25% of the funds for the event. People support our event because it is a fun night of friends and fundraising for a great cause. BRAWA has been voted the number one nonprofit in our community for the past 3 years - we appreciate the support we received from our community and beyond to save homeless animals in our community.
