On behalf of the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation (WCSMF) and the TEAM TO WIN (TTW) high school outreach program we are graciously requesting your participation in the 16^th Annual Charity Boutique Wine Tasting & Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, May 18^th, 2019 at LEXUS Santa Monica.  We would greatly appreciate your support with a donation for our live and silent Auction. West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation, founded in 1994, is a non-profit, 501 C 3 charitable organization (Tax ID # 95-4497009) dedicated to providing economically deprived high school students with an opportunity to participate in interscholastic sports and have access to high quality sports medicine care and services designed to improve health and ensure safety. At a time when many of this country's high school students are at risk from many of the negative influences of society, high school sports provide a valuable model for learning responsibility, dedication, social interaction, and team building.  The West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation – Team to Win program is more important today than ever before. The WCSMF- Team to Win program is even that more critical today, to the students of Team to Win.
