The Evans Elementary Home and School Association is excited to announce that the 16th annual Basket Raffle will be held on April 5, 2025, in the suburbs of Philadelphia. All proceeds from this year’s event will go toward phase 2 of our outdoor classroom project on the school campus, creating a lasting impact on students, staff, and the community for generations to come. Plans are being finalized, with construction set to begin in mid-2025!

At this time, we are reaching out to local and national businesses to humbly ask for your support in making this year’s raffle a success. In addition to being tax-deductible, your business will receive community recognition through the following platforms:

Local businesses that make their donations by December 31, 2024, will also be recognized at our Evans Elementary Bingo Night on February 7, 2025.
This opportunity allows you to reach more than 600 suburban families for a minimal donation. We would be grateful for any type of contribution, including completed baskets, gift certificates, tangible items, trips, or monetary gifts. If you are local, we are happy to coordinate a pickup of your donation.

Contributions are 100% tax-deductible and can be mailed to Evans Elementary School, ℅ Basket Raffle, 125 Sunset Road, Limerick, PA 19468. Upon request, a donation receipt will be sent via email. To be recognized in our event program, donations must be received no later than March 15, 2025. Our registered 501(c)(3) Employer Identification Number is 41-2242405.

We have set a goal of raising $20,000 to support the teachers and children of Evans Elementary and would greatly appreciate your help in achieving this target. Thank you very much for your consideration!
