The 16th Annual Golf Fore Kids Fundraiser for Special Olympics Kern County is happening on Friday April 12th at the Bakersfield Country Club! All proceeds benefit Special Olympics athletes in Kern County and allow our organization to provide sports training and competition to athletes with intellectual disabilities at no cost to athletes or their families. To date, this tournament has raised over $250,000 for Special Olympics Kern County! Funds raised through this annual event have gone directly to Special Olympics Kern County, enabling hundreds of Kern County athletes to participate in year-round training and athletic competition for free. The goal of this event is to continue making an enormous difference in the lives of our local Special Olympics athletes by exceeding prior donations!
