The Joe Andruzzi Foundation’s 16th Annual Gala will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, MA! Since its gala opening in 1912, the Fairmont has been a landmark, four diamond hotel, known for its rich history and elegance, making it the perfect backdrop for our big move to Boston!

This year, we have a record-breaking $1 million goal as we welcome approximately 450 in-person guests, with approximately 100 more for the after party and potentially hundreds of guests tuning in virtually from the comfort of their homes.  We have some fabulous surprises in store in addition to the moving patient stories, honoring five amazing Game Changers, and celebrities.

This year’s theme is BELIEVE, highlighting all the inspiration, collective support, and sometimes pure magic that has allowed the Foundation to remove financial barriers for New England cancer patients over the past 16 years. JAF has been able to grant more than $10 million to more than 40,000 cancer patients across New England and help them believe that brighter days are ahead. Proceeds from this event go towards helping patients with household expenses, food, transportation, extraordinary needs, and wellness resources.

As we continue to celebrate 15 years of success, innovation, and growth, we hope you will join our team by donating an item or experience to this year’s auction. It is our goal that by showcasing a robust auction component (accessible online), JAF will be able to meet growing patient and family needs for this year. It is important to note that your item will not only be seen by our gala guests but also by our community of more than 16,000 supporters who will have the opportunity to see your product or business through the online auction.
