On behalf of the HeartBright Foundation, we would like to ask for your support on an upcoming fundraising event. We ask that you would support HeartBright through a contribution that we can use to raise funds in our live auction at our November 3rd charity auction event. The event consists of a $625 plate dinner along with a live and silent auction for 200 guests. This black tie affair brings together our loyal supporters and businesses from the community.

The HeartBright Foundation is a volunteer-based charity in Charlotte NC that provides free heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension services to the uninsured and underinsured. It costs us $50 to treat a patient for the entire year including doctor visits, labs, and nutrition and exercise classes. Our clinic has received the distinction from the Association of Black Cardiologists as the model of how chronic care should be practiced in the United States and our outcomes exceed national guidelines. We currently reach 4,500 area residents a week and 92 cents of every dollar we raise goes directly to fund these programs.
