Dear Community Partners,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Great Oak Elementary School PTA. On April 6th, we be holding our 18th Annual Carnival and Silent Auction with the theme “Adventures Under the Sea!”

The Great Oaks Elementary PTA provides money for programs and events for our students throughout the year. Examples of events and programs we provide funding for are curriculum-connected field trips, active and instructional learning supplies, science lab kits, math and language arts games, guest speakers, cultural enrichment programs, Wellness Day, STEAM Night, and more. We are also able to support our teachers through monthly luncheons and classroom supplies support.

While parent involvement is our greatest resource, we also need community involvement in the form of sponsorships and auction donations.

Can we count on your donation for this year's Carnival/Silent Auction?

We are seeking Carnival sponsors, as well as donations for the Silent Auction:

$500+ sponsorship gives you a large logo on the back of the event T-shirt, a web site banner and social media recognition.

Key sponsorships available:

Carnival t-shirts - your name will appear on the back as an event Sponsor - sponsorship levels starting at $300 or more.
Bags for the prizes the kids win (great advertising opportunity your business)
$250 sponsorship gives you a web site banner and social media recognition
Silent Auction donation of product/service or minimum $50 gift card gives you social media recognition
