On behalf of Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS), we would like to extend a heartfelt invitation to you for our 18th Annual Chili Cook-Off on September 26, 2025, at Upland City Hall. This exciting event serves as a vital fundraising opportunity that supports the life-changing programs we offer to individuals in need. This year, we are focused on expanding our support to adolescents, a growing and crucial area for IVRS.

Thanks to a generous infrastructure grant from California’s Department of Health Care Services, we are making incredible strides toward completing our new building for adolescent residential services. This is the first program of its kind in San Bernardino County, and your support will help us provide essential services for youth who are seeking a path to recovery. Proceeds from this year's Chili Cook-Off will go directly toward the development of this program, including furnishing the facility and securing the necessary supplies and materials to create a welcoming, supportive space for our youth.
