Consolata Healthcare Foundation requests your support for our 2024 fundraising goals.  We are seeking donations to purchase equipment to furnish the new Orthopedic, Podiatry & Rehabilitation Center for Connally Memorial Medical Center. This new facility will allow our family, friends, and neighbors to have local access to best care possible. This is especially important in our rural community, where access to advanced medical technology is often limited.

As a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2004, the Consolata Healthcare Foundation has been dedicated to raising funds for medical equipment that benefits and enhances the services of Connally Memorial Medical Center. Our mission is centered around improving the quality of healthcare provided to our community by facilitating access to state-of-the-art medical technologies.

Our events grow each year.  We anticipate a significant turnout ranging from 100-500 community members, local businesses, and healthcare professionals depending on the event. Your donation will be recognized and acknowledged during the event through various means, including promotional materials, social media mentions, and verbal recognition.
