Greetings,

We hope that you are all enjoying a relaxing summer!  We’re excited to share that planning has begun for Holy Infant’s 19th annual auction:  Casino Royale.  This year, our online auction will begin on Monday, October 16th, and will conclude with a live auction and dinner celebration on Saturday, October 21st in our Parish Center.  

The annual auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year, with proceeds going to support our mission of providing exceptional Catholic education with state-of-the-art technology for our school and parish.  Last year, with the help of donors like you, we raised over $150,000!  Those funds supported the purchases of many items, including new printers and toners for every classroom, as well as updates to our science lab.  

This year, we are kicking off a new initiative: Fund a Mission.  Our fundraising will focus on two missions that need your support:

Mission Audio Visual: Purchase/Installation of a retractable AV screen and sound system in our Parish Center/Gym.
Mission School Playground:  Enhancements to the grounds around the playground.
We are confident that we can surpass last year’s total with the continued generosity of our parishioners, friends, and local businesses.  We look forward to celebrating with our Holy Infant community on October 21st. 

How to Support:  Sponsorships and donations are critical to our success!  We need sponsors of all levels to help underwrite the auction expenses and, in return, we have a strong marketing plan to support your partnership.  We also need items from large to small, from trips to gift cards, and everything in between to make our silent and live auction successful.
