We are requesting in kind donations for the 1J Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is committed to curing Charcot Marie Tooth disease type 1J, a progressive, neuromuscular disease. 

We believe a gift from your organization would raise a significant amount of money at an upcoming silent auction and raffle event on September 7 at Une Année | Hubbard’s Cave Brewery & BBQ in Niles, IL. Your contribution will be a valuable asset to our organization as we strive to raise $5,000+ at this event for CMT1J research.
