The 1LT Robert F. Welch III Charity is excited to host our 2024 annual Run for our Heroes event on Saturday, April 27th in Olde City Park in downtown Wylie, TX. This event focuses on bringing together our community to honor and celebrate our local military veterans, first responders, and their families. Our Run for our Heroes event has become a large-scale one-day event where we partner with the City of Wylie to host a 5k run in the morning followed by a vendor fair. We also provide a free lunch for military veterans, first responders, and their families. This is just a small way we can show our gratitude for their service and sacrifice. Any donations will go towards helping us provide more support to the needs of our local military veterans and first responder families.
