The First Annual Golf Tournament is scheduled to include a lunch for golfers and a dinner, awards and a silent auction open to players, spouses and members of our community following the tournament.  This event supports the Women’s Ministries at Trinity Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas.  The Tournament will be held at the Neches Pines Golf Course in Diboll, Texas on Saturday, September 9, 2023.

We are asking for your assistance to make this event a success.  Opportunities include:

HOLE SPONSORSHIP - $ 250:
Business name displayed on tournament promotional material, including but not limited to, registration forms.
Business name displayed at check-in and at the awards/dinner.
Signage displayed at one of the holes on the course during the tournament.
Invitation for 2 business representatives/spouses to attend awards/dinner at Trinity Baptist Church scheduled at 6 PM on September 9th.
HOLE IN ONE SPONSOR - $ 500:
Admission for a twosome to play in the tournament
Business name displayed on tournament promotional material, including but not limited to, registration forms.
Business name displayed at check-in and at the awards/dinner.
Signage displayed at the Hole In One area during the tournament.
Invitation for 4 business representatives/spouses to attend awards/dinner at Trinity Baptist Church scheduled at 6 PM on September 9th.
 

GOLF TOURNAMENT SPONSOR - $ 1,000:
Admission for a foursome to play in the tournament
Business name and logo displayed on tournament promotional material, including but not limited to, registration forms.
Business name displayed at check-in and at the awards/dinner.
Signage displayed at one of the holes on the course during the tournament.
Opportunity to include one of your branded items in the players gift bag.
Recognition at the awards/dinner.
Invitation for 8 business representatives/spouses to attend awards/dinner at Trinity Baptist Church scheduled at 6 PM on September 9th.
SILENT AUCTION ITEM:
Business name and description of item will be promoted in promotional material, such as, program displayed on social media as well as locally for members and tournament attendees can peruse.  
Business name and description of item will be displayed during the awards/dinner.
DOOR PRIZE ITEM:
Business names will be displayed during the awards/dinner.
Business names will be recognized during the awards/dinner.
MONETARY DONATION:
Business names will be promoted in promotional material, such as, silent auction program displayed on social media as well as locally for members and tournament attendees can peruse.  

We anticipate this event to be a community wide event promoting the Women’s Ministry at Trinity Baptist Church.  Raising funds during this tournament and silent auction provides an excellent opportunity for businesses and individuals to support our programs, such as, but not limited to, community wide events such as a Christian Concert open to the public for a time of fellowship and workshop; mission work, Bible studies, outreach to our community, as well as, helping locals who need help.  

We are looking forward to working with our tournament players and sponsors in making our golf tournament and this event a huge success.  We are asking today for a donation from your establishment.  Being a religious organization, your donation is tax-deductible as our Tax ID # is 75-2494236.  

We request your donation arrive to us no later than July 31, 2023 in order to be listed properly in the promotional material.  Should you choose to be a Hole Sponsor, Hole-in-One Sponsor or Golf Tournament Sponsor, please let us know as soon as you can so we can mark those sponsorships as taken.
