Please accept this request on behalf of the Milton High School Band Booster Club, Inc., located in Milton, GA (TIN – 31-1753241). We would greatly appreciate your consideration and are requesting the support of your company by making an in-kind donation that can be used to raise funds at our Music and Moonlight Silent Auction on February 11, 2022. 100% of the funds raised at the event will be used to support and enhance all of the band programs at Milton High School.

Many aspects of our band programs are not supported financially by the school or school district, specifically the extracurricular programs such as Marching Band, Indoor Drumline and Winter Guard. The students and families involved work very hard year-round to raise funds privately so that the students’ learning and sense of achievement in their musical endeavors continues with excellence year after year. Obviously, this has recently become even more difficult in the face of hardships caused by the global pandemic. Community support is essential to our collective efforts to raise funds, and that’s where your company comes in!

Please consider making an in-kind donation to the Milton High School Band for the Music and Moonlight Silent Auction. Our organization can reciprocate by providing advertising in our various communications including our website, various social media outlets, digital newsletters and printed programs for concerts and events. Your donation will provide support for our young musicians so that they can continue to thrive and make the Milton community proud!
