Provident, Inc. will hold its fourth annual Rooster Run 5K on Saturday July 9, 2016 at 7am in Forest Park.  We anticipate 500+ participants and volunteers. The Rooster Run raises essential funds and awareness for the agency’s counseling, suicide prevention, crisis intervention and community support programs. Roosters provide a wake-up call. With 1 in 5 individuals suffering from a mental illness each year and a person dying by suicide every 13 minutes, we feel a wake-up call is needed. The Rooster Run is Provident’s way of encouraging people to wake up, start a conversation, and support the improvement of mental health in the St. Louis region.

• Individual, family and group counseling at six local locations
• Community Outreach, offering nine after school programs in area elementary schools
