The Greyhounds Only Reunion is a unique gathering of greyhounds and their families, vendors selling items from greyhound coats, sweaters, collars, boots, and other attire, to greyhound-themed pottery and lawn ornaments, to dog treats, dog feeders, and dog toys ... plus dozens of raffle baskets and silent auction items all to benefit Greyhounds Only. There will also be adoptable greyhounds, just waiting for the right person to lead them gently into retirement. On October 24, 2020, we are holding our annual Greyhounds Only Reunion Fundraiser, with an anticipated attendance of over 400 people. This is our largest fundraising event and ensures we can continue helping greyhounds. This event is successful thanks to corporations and individuals who contribute to our raffle baskets and/or silent auction.

Greyhounds Only benefits retired racing and at-risk greyhounds, but it goes further than that.  It benefits the volunteer community who give their time and money by giving a sense of purpose and fulfillment.  GO benefits the people who adopt a greyhound from Greyhounds Only.  Once someone adopts a greyhound from Greyhounds Only, they inherit an entire support system dedicated to a smooth transition for the adopter and their chosen greyhound. Greyhound adoption brings out the best in people, whether it is volunteers coming from far and wide to help search for a lost dog, children giving up their Saturday to come with their parents to help brush the dogs and give them affection, or a supportive representative on the other end of the phone talking a new adopter through a difficult time.  All of this translates into helping more greyhounds, which is why our organization exists.
