On Tuesday, April 21, 2020, the Foundation Fighting Blindness will host the 2020 San Francisco "Visions for the Future" Dinner at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.  This event will feature an amazing auction and incredible "dining in the dark" experience that will plunge guests into a world of sensitivity and take them through a unique journey in the dark.

It is rare to find an organization that is on the brink of amazing breakthroughs which can reverse or cure debilitating conditions.  As a result of outstanding medical research and development, the Foundation Fighting Blindness is one such organization, and we are now on the cusp of saving and restoring sight to millions of people who are affected by blinding eye diseases.  The Foundation Fighting Blindness is a national eye research organization that is dedicated to finding treatments and cures for macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa (RP), and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases that together affect more than 10 million Americans and millions more throughout the world.  Since its founding in 191, the Foundation has raised over $750 million to fund promising research which has resulted in discovering the building blocks for cures through novel treatments like gene therapy, pharmaceutical therapy, nutrition, drug delivery, and retinal cell transplantation.
