I'm with the PTA at Eagle Mountain Elementary in Fort Worth.  We are hosting a Silent Auction on April 24, 2020.  I'd like to submit a request for a donation.

Our mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.  Examples of how funds raised at the Silent Auction are utilized include; purchasing enhanced learning materials, making improvements to the playground, enhancing the school security and children's safety, and providing for special visitors to further the students learning and understanding.  

Please accept our request and review the attached Official Letter of Request, Donation Agreement, as well as our Tax Exempt Form.  We hope that you will be able to support our event with a tax deductible donation!
