Fun filled day for patients, families, friends and caregivers to raise money for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. Money raised goes towards programs directly supporting our mission. Research, patient education, Camp Oasis (Our camp for kids with Crohn's and Colitis) and support.
We hope that all patients affected by Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) will soon face a world free of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Last year, the Philadelphia Walk raised over half a MILLION dollars!!! We have been the top grossing walk for two consecutive years. With your help and support we will make it three years in a row!!!
