Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation is a member-based, nonprofit community development corporation serving communities on the northwest side of Chicago. For 54 years, we have provided safe, stable, and affordable housing to Chicago’s low-and moderate-income families. On Saturday, December 4th, Bickerdike will host its Annual Membership Meeting, where we will discuss the year’s progress, elect our Board of Directors, and vote on an amendment to expand our membership area. The Annual Membership Meeting is our largest event with over 400 individuals and 40 organizational members comprising our membership base. This meeting presents the exciting opportunity to expand our membership area, which will make it possible for Bickerdike to have an even greater impact by increasing community-based affordable housing development opportunities and serving more families.
