P2P USA's Leadership Institute is the only national conference focused solely on the challenges of running a Parent to Parent program to ensure that no parent feels alone, ever.

The 2021 Leadership Institute will focus on cultivating and developing diverse leadership to advance investment in Parent to Parent peer support with these guiding principles: Refocus, Reinvent & Renew.

Parent to Parent leaders from thirty-five U.S. states, all parents themselves, will share best and promising practices to address the changing needs of families of those with disabilities and special health care needs, and strategies to expand services to diverse populations and high-risk communities.

Together, Parent to Parent programs have trained over 8,000 volunteers across the country and serve over 17,000 parents in need annually.
