Last year was quite an extraordinary year, to say the least - and continues to be this year as well! Not only has everyone been experiencing a world pandemic, but in the midst of it all, St. Agatha Catholic School in New Athens merged with St. Joseph Catholic School in Freeburg. The transition has come with many changes but both schools were up to the
challenge and have been growing together as one with over 260 years of catholic education experience!

A key component in being able to provide a great education for our students is the financial support of our dinner auction. This wonderful auction is the largest fundraiser for our school and it helps us with our mission to provide a well-rounded, faith-based curriculum that promotes the spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development of each child in a safe and nurturing environment.

Putting the health and safety of our supporters first and foremost, we have decided to hold our auction virtually this year and it will take place on Saturday, May 1, 2021. The theme this year will be a fitting “Telethon”. 

Over the past years, Saint Joseph Catholic School has benefited from the generosity of our supporters like you with upgrades to our technology, new book series, and academic enrichments to our curriculum. We hope you will consider supporting this year’s auction by participating in one of the following opportunities:

Item/Service Donation: Our auction depends heavily on the added support of our generous businesses and organizations, such as yourself, to supply us with exciting auction items!

Monetary Donation/Cash Club: Make a monetary contribution to sponsor the event. 

Program Booklet/Online Advertisement: We have different options available to advertise your business and gain exposure to potential new customers. We are utilizing an online auction platform called One Cause.

To make a tax-deductible donation, please complete the enclosed donation form. Should you donate an item with an expiration date, we ask that you please make it valid through May 2022 or later. We welcome your donation and will recognize your contribution in our Auction Program Booklet and/or the online auction platform. You can mail your
