The Lundquist Institute depends on the generosity of its supporters to augment its research mission of creating innovative solutions for healthcare through biomedical discovery, fostering researchers of tomorrow and promoting wellness with programs that serve thousands of low-income children and families in the South Los Angeles County and millions worldwide. Through programs such as the Summer Fellows Program, WIC (Women, Infant, and Children program) and Options for Recovesry, we offer the community educational opportunities, prenatal and breast feeding counseling, nutrition assistance, mental health services, and more.
